What does "price locked forever" mean?

The first 200 customers who subscribe during our launch will keep the current pricing forever, even if we raise prices later. This is our way of thanking early adopters.

How does the 24-hour free trial work?

You get 24 hours of full unlimited access to test the API. Credit card is required for validation but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial - no questions asked.

What is a "worker"?

A worker is dedicated processing capacity for your API requests. Each worker allows 1 concurrent request per endpoint. With 3 workers, you can run 3 scrape requests, 3 search requests, and 3 email lookups simultaneously.

Is there really no request limit?

Correct! With API Unlimited, you pay a flat monthly fee regardless of how many requests you make. There are no per-request charges, no credits, no usage caps.

How fast are API requests?

Most scrape requests complete in 2-10 seconds depending on the number of results. Google Search and Email Search are typically faster (1-5 seconds).

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes! You can change your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.

What about future endpoints?

We're actively developing new endpoints (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and more). All future endpoints are included in your subscription at no extra cost. You have dedicated, isolated resources that will support all new features automatically.
